The "Break The Rules / Fuck Authority" tee by MENACE © was inspired by the rebellious atmosphere that encapsulated the 60's. Propelled by rock n' roll music and the turmoil in politics, the counterculture of youth was one of utter-defiance and breaking out of traditional norms. The traditional family mold was broken, women - mostly teenagers and young adults - were being sexualized, and people were driven like never before to find and express themselves however they saw fit.
